Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers

Went and seen them last night at DTE. The weather was awesome for it, moon out and everything (an outdoor concert during previous weeks heat wave would have been not nearly as fun). Tom Petty sounded amazing; suprise guest Stevie Nicks too boot.

We were smart enough to listen to the encore while leaving, though; DTE is an awesome venue but for parking it kinda blows. This time, since we left 10 mins early, we got out in minutes. Had we waited until the end of the encore, it would have taken us hours to get out; such was the case a few years ago when we saw Evanescence.
